    Terms of Service

    These Terms govern your use of TechLeague. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

    1. The Service

    TechLeague provides skill challenges, ranking, and competitions for IT professionals. We may update or change features to improve the product.

    2. Accounts

    You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be 16 or older to create an account.

    3. Subscriptions & Billing

    Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing varies by region (Purchasing Power Parity). Taxes are calculated and collected by Stripe Tax where applicable. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

    4. Refunds

    We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time subscribers. Contact support to request a refund.

    5. Acceptable Use

    Don't cheat in competitions, share answers, scrape the platform, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

    6. Intellectual Property

    Challenges, content, and brand assets remain the property of TechLeague. You retain ownership of solutions you submit.

    7. Liability

    The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, TechLeague is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

    8. Changes

    We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
