Account data (email, name), challenge submissions, performance metrics, and minimal technical data (IP, country, browser) used for security and regional pricing.
2. How We Use Data
To run the platform: authenticate you, score challenges, build the ranking, process payments, and send transactional emails. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Geo-detection
We detect your country from your IP at the edge to show local pricing. The detected country is kept only in memory for the current page (no browser storage, no cookies) and sent with checkout. You can change currency manually at any time.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details. Stripe applies tax (Stripe Tax) based on your location and applicable laws.
5. Cookies & Storage
We use first-party storage for language, currency and session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / LGPD / CCPA)
You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from your account, or by contacting us. We respond within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and up to 12 months after deletion for legal and accounting obligations.
8. Security
Encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring. We notify you of any breach affecting your data within 72 hours.
